Meet the Founder
Menka Sharma's journey began in classrooms across Nigeria, India, and the UAE, where she taught students from diverse cultures and worked closely with children with special needs. Beyond schools, Menka moved into the world of professional and corporate learning.
Over the years, she has trained corporate employees, leaders and CEOs across the MENA region, working on communication, growth mindset, negotiation, sales, personality development and train-the-trainer programs—always grounded in real-world experience, not borrowed theory.
After moving between classrooms, training rooms, and leadership spaces, one truth became clear: education, work, and human growth were being treated as separate pieces. The next step was obvious. So she brought everything together and founded Coherence.
